His practice is limited to live-action and animated films and TV, games, digital media, and software - for both international and Canadian clients. Mark has also been a producer, developing and financing over $52M of children's animation, primarily international treaty co-productions; an innovator, launching CrowdWave, a proprietary, mass-interactive game platform for professional and collegiate sports; and a builder, managing the development and production of state of the art 'advergames' and interactive web sites for the North American advertising industry. As both a lawyer and a media entrepreneur, Mark practices creative law, helping his Canadian and international clients to build strong and profitable entertainment and new media relationships. |
