Copyright is under pressure. On one side, creative vision is needed to manage digital rights and broader notions of fairness in the online world. On the other, technical changes such as the EU term extension and US reversion require detailed study. This year's IAEL Masterclass provides an analysis of those latest developments but set in the wider context of copyright reform and future change.
