| Personal CV: | Theodore is an attorney at Law and the Senior Partner of the Law Firm Prof. Asprogerakas - Grivas & Partners in Law, which was founded in the early 60s by Prof. Constantine Asprogerakas - Grivas. Our Athens office provides full legal representation and consultation on all Intellectual and Industrial Property fields. We also practise active litigation on all IP law matters before national, European, International courts and the European Court of Human Rights. We mainly represent Publishing Enterprises, Media Enterprises, Record Companies, Radio and Television Companies, New Media Enterprises, Internet Companies, Authors, Performers, Cinemas and Theatres, Collecting Societies and other. Theodore has written and published several monographies and articles on Intellectual Property and other fields of law. He is an active member of many prestigious Legal Societies, such as the ALAI (Association Litteraire et Artistique International - Groupe Hellenique), the the Hellenic Society of Philosophical and Historical Research of Law (also, member of its Board), La Societe Hellenique d\' Informatique Juridique et de Cybernetique de Droit, the Hellenic Society of Criminal Law, the Society of Administrative Studies, the Hellenic Society for Legislation, the IAEL and others. He has a PG Diploma and a Master Degree on International Comparative Copyright Law from King\'s College London. |
