Fair Use and Copyright Exceptions
Copyright law has always balanced the rights of creators with certain permitted acts and exceptions for users. In a world of interactive user-generated content that balance is under ever greater scrutiny. This session will assess the US fair use concept and compare it with equivalent copyright exceptions in other key jurisdictions.
